Tenders worth over Rs 1,000 crore to be floated by Andhra Pradesh government for road development
The Andhra Pradesh state government has plans to float tenders worth Rs 1,000 crores for road development works. Roads and Buildings Minister in the Andhra Pradesh government, B C Janardhan Reddy said that the tenders would be floated soon as part of the mission to make Andhra Pradesh pothole-free and ensure smooth travel for the public.
As per the minister, the government was exploring the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model to develop roads without burdening the public.
