Xander sells out its Bengaluru office for Rs 852 crores
Investment management firm Xander has sold its Pinehurst office building at Embassy GolfLinks Business Park in Bengaluru. The office space is sold to Embassy Office Parks REIT for Rs 852 crore.
Through the deal, Xander has made a good profit as it bought the property in 2018 for Rs 340 crores.
