Xander Group plans to divest stake in warehousing portfolio
Global investment firm Xander Group has plans to divest its warehousing portfolio spread across India's key logistics markets- Chennai, Mumbai, and Kolkata. Through the move, the firm is looking to exit with an expected valuation of over 2,000 crore for its assets.
Xander's portfolio has been built over the last 4 to 5 years and comprises fully leased Grade A properties with long-term leases. These assets, aggregating to nearly 3.5 million sq ft, represent the culmination of a strategic investment cycle.
