Charles Schwab Services India leases 3.45 lakh sq ft office space in Hyderabad
US-based brokerage giant Charles Schwab's Indian arm, Charles Schwab Services India, has leased 3.45 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad. This space is leased in Phoenix Equinox Tower 2 in the IT hub of Gachibowli.
The space is leased for 5 years at a monthly rent of Rs 3.73 crores.
