Aero Cities Along Airports Planned By Adani Group
Adani Group is planning real estate projects alongside its airports in the country in addition to its aeronautical and non-aeronautical (terminal) operations. It plans to develop around 70 million square feet on over 500 acres of land across all its airports under its city-side developments portfolio. The proposed aero cities would be a mix of hotels, convention centers, retail, entertainment, and healthcare options, logistics, commercial offices, and other allied real estate segments.
The company is in preliminary talks with hospitality chains such as Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), and Hilton for developing hotels under this plan.
