5 acres land acquired by G Square in Madurai
Real estate developer G Square has acquired 5 acres of land from TVS Group in Madurai. The firm plans to develop a premium plotted project on the site, and 1.63 acres of the total land will be used for residential development.
The remaining area will be allocated for infrastructure and common amenities. The proposed project will feature 55 plots, including 50 residential and five commercial units. This land was purchased for Rs 167 crores.
