4 acres land acquired by Kesar India in Nagpur
Real estate development firm Kesar India Limited has acquired a 4-acre land parcel in the MIHAN-SEZ area of Nagpur. The land is acquired through the firm's subsidiary, YK Infraproject Private Limited.
The firm plans to develop a premium mixed-use project on the consolidated land parcel. This land parcel is strategically positioned near the Multi-modal International Hub Airport at Nagpur - Special Economic Zone (SEZ). It has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 600 crores.
