Puravankara plans to launch 30 new housing projects
Real estate development firm Puravankara has plans to launch 30 housing projects, mainly in South and West India, in the next two and a half years. The firm is expected to generate revenue of Rs 35,636 crore.
As per The Economic Times, the firm has around 26 ongoing housing projects, with units worth Rs 19,742 crore under sale. The firm is betting on the rising residential property demand and aims to tap into the growing market and strengthen its presence in key areas.
