Agra urban centre project: YEIDA selects consultant for the project
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has informed the selection of expert consultants to prepare a master plan for the development of an urban center in Agra, along the Yamuna Expressway. The project is worth Rs 40,000 crore and the master plan for the same is to be finalized.
Tractable Engineering is the consultant selected for the work. The comprehensive plan and the blueprint under the Master Plan 2031 would take 9 months for preparation. Urban center will promote tourism and manufacturing-related units along with the residential areas and will be spread over 10,500 hectares.
