Air Works India to be acquired by Adani Group for Rs 400 crore
Adani Group's firm Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Ltd. (ADSTL) has acquired a majority stake (85.8%) in aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) firm Air Works India. The deal is valued at Rs 400 crore and marks strategic expansion by Adani Defence into the aviation maintenance sector.
The deal underscores Adani’s long-term strategy to consolidate its position in the aviation and defense ecosystems.
