TARC eyes revenue worth Rs 4,500 crore from Delhi project
Luxury real estate developer TARC Limited (The Anant Raj Corporation) is developing an ultra-luxury housing project in Delhi. Spread over 6 acres, the project is being developed in Kirti Nagar and is named TARC Kailasa.
The project was launched in 2024, and now the firm is launching a new tower with 110 units priced between Rs 11 and 14 crores. As per the firm, it has sold around 275 units across four towers. The project is expected to be completed by 2030.
