Arkade Developers buys land worth over Rs 103 crore in Mumbai
Real estate developer Arkade has completed the acquisition of approx. 3-acre industrial plot in the eastern suburb of Bhandup West from Copper Rollers. As per the update, the deal value amounts to Rs 103.88 crore.
Apart from this land acquisition, Arkade has received letters of intent from four societies for redevelopment projects and has been confirmed as a preferred developer in one project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
