Harmony Infra acquires ultra-luxury real esate project in Ghaziabad
Delhi-based real estate developer Harmony Infra has acquired an ultra-luxury residential project in Ghaziabad's Indirapuram. The firm has acquired The Horizon Residences, Indirapuram, in a deal worth Rs 250 crore.
The project, which comprises 264 units, was launched around 5 years ago by the Saya Group. Harmony Infra paid Rs 150 crore to the bank and Rs 100 crore to the promoter to acquire the right. Now it will invest another Rs 550 crore to complete the project.
