Tulip Group chalks out Rs 6,000 crore expansion plan
Gurugram-based real estate developer Tulip Group has chalked out an expansion plan of Rs 6,000 crores. The firm plans to invest the amount across multiple residential projects in Gurugram.
One of the key projects will be the 495-foot-tall Tulip Melrose on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), which is spread over 7.5 acres. The project will take an estimated investment of approximately Rs 1,100 crore. The firm is also executing a mixed-use project, Tulip Monsella, spread over 19.5 acres, located on Golf Course Road with an investment of Rs 3,600 crore.
