Axis CRE, Tishman Speyer, and Kasturi Housing join hands to under take office development project in Pune
Residential real estate developer Kasturi Housing has entered a strategic partnership with global real estate investment, development, and management firm Tishman Speyer and Axis Commercial Real Estate Fund.
The partnership is for the development of a commercial and information technology office project in Pune’s Balewadi area. As per estimates, the project would be worth Rs 1,700 crore. This joint venture will create approximately 1 million sq ft of premium office space.
