Great Value Realty to develop luxury residential project in Noida
Real estate builder and developer Great Value Projects has plans to develop a luxury real estate project in Noida. The Uttar Pradesh government has allowed the developer to undertake the development of 2 million sq ft in Noida’s Sector 107.
The decision from the state government overrides objections from the Great Value Sharanam Apartment Owners Association. The developer had acquired the 20-acre land long back and has already launched and delivered projects on 16 acres. As it was planning to develop a luxury residential project on the 4-acre land, some owners of the society moved to the Allahabad High Court, raising objections to the proposed development.
