Shreeram Group to develop luxury real estate project in Gurugram, to invest Rs 500 crores
Manufacturer and exporter of industrial and edible salts, Shreeram Group has entered into the real estate sector. The firm has made a Rs 500 crore investment in Dalcore for a luxury residential project in Gurugram.
Dalcore is developing a real estate project named The Falcon in Sector 53 in partnership with YOO, a global design and lifestyle brand founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox. The branded residential project would feature 96 luxury apartments priced at Rs 10 crore and above.
