HSBC Electronic leases 1.19 lakh sq ft of office space in Bengaluru
HSBC's London-based global financial services arm, HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Private Limited, has subleased about 1.19 lakh sq ft of fully furnished office space in Bengaluru.
The space is leased at Ecospace Campus on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road in Bellandur for a period of 5 years. According to updates, COWRKS India Private Limited is the sub-lessor, while Arliga Ecoworld Infrastructure Private Limited is the principal lessor and confirming party.
Total rent outflow for the lease period is Rs 207 crore.
