K Raheja Corp buys properties worth Rs 355 crore in Mumbai
Real estate developer K Raheja Corp purchased two significant properties in South Mumbai. The developer purchased Bayside Mall and Popular Press Building in Tardeo in a deal worth Rs 355 crore.
As per the updates the properties are bought through its Ivory Property Trust from Jaydev Mody-led AAA Holding Trust. The plan is to develop a luxury residential project on the newly acquired land.
