KRIBHCO to set up 3 ethanol plants, to infuse Rs 1100 crore
Central government cooperative Krishak Bharati Cooperative Ltd (KRIBHCO) has plans to invest Rs 1,100 crore to set up 3 ethanol manufacturing plants using maize and broken rice as feedstock. 3 plants are being set up in Gujarat, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh with a capacity of 250 kilo litre per day.
The investment would be met through a combination of internal accruals and debt.
