Subhash Chandra sells his Delhi Bungalow for Rs 1,260 crore
Chairman of the media conglomerate, Essel Group, Subhash Chandra, has sold his bungalow in Delhi's prestigious Lutyens' zone for Rs 1,260 crore. As per updates, Chandra acquired the Bungalow in 2015 for Rs 304 crore.
The property is spread over 3 acres and is located at Bhagwan Das Road near Connaught Place. As per updates, a Delhi-based business family has purchased the property.
