Mitsubishi to enter biogas business, acquires stakes in KIS
Global integrated business enterprise Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) has acquired stakes in KIS Group, a Bengaluru-based Biogas and Biofuels technology firm. This marks Mitsubishi's entry into the global biogas market.
Post the stake sale, KIS Group would leverage Mitsubishi's extensive global network to accelerate international expansion and co-develop advanced biogas solutions for worldwide markets.
