New group housing project to be set by Mahagun Real Estate
A new group housing project is planned by Mahagun Real Estate at Sector-107, Noida in Gautam Budh Nagar district. As per the plan, the proposed project would be spread over 9.9 acres of land parcel and see the development of eight residential towers with 816 flats including various modern amenities.
As of now, the project is awaiting environment clearance and other local permissions, and the work is expected to commence by January 2023.
