New residential complex planned by Aviana Green Estates
Real estate developer Aviana Green Estates has plans to develop a residential complex spread over 4.18 acres of land parcel. The project comprises tower A with S+first to 21 floors; tower B with S+first to 19 storey; tower C1, and C2 with S+first to 19 storey; and tower D with GF+first to sixth floors in addition to parking facilities.
The residential complex would be located at Sector-103 in the Gurugram district and would also include the construction of a 200 klpd sewage treatment plant (STP). As of now the firm is awaiting environmental clearance and expects to start work on the project in Q1/FY24.
