New residential complex planned by GRC Infra
Real estate developer GRC Infra has planned a residential complex named 'Sapphire Spring' spread over 10.34 acres of land parcel. The project to be set at Gottigere in Bengaluru would comprise 11 buildings involving nine buildings with BF+GF+14 under floors and two buildings with BF+GF+13UF, including flats and clubhouse with BF+GF+six under floors, with additional parking facilities.
The firm is awaiting environmental clearance and expects to commence the work on the project in Q1/FY24, with the completion date scheduled for October 2027.
