PM Awas Yojana: Government to approve 2 lakh houses in Telangana, says Union minister Chouhan
Minister of Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced that the central government will approve the construction of 2 lakh houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) in Telangana.
Chouhan said that the approval will be handed over to the Chief Minister of the state, Revanth Reddy, for the construction of the houses. These 2 lakh houses would be the first tranche under the scheme, and more houses would be sanctioned, he added.
