RASA Group to develop 3 real estate projects, investment worth Rs 750 crores lined up
Multi-brand conglomerate RASA Group's real estate arm, Avani Infratech, has plans to develop 3 projects in FY27. The firm plans to develop projects in Gurugram and Sonipat over the next 5 years.
Around Rs 750 crore will be invested in the upcoming projects. As part of that, the firm is launching an integrated residential and commercial project at Sonipat in September 2026 with an estimated investment of Rs 100 crore.
