Japanese NBFC leases 400 seats from Smartworks in Mumbai
Co-working and office space solutions provider Smartworks has leased 400 seats at its Mumbai centre to a Japanese NBFC (name not known at the time of writing). The space is leased for 5 years, with a rental of Rs 35 crore over the lease term.
