Rs 250 Crore Investment In Residential Project Planned By Kalpataru
Real estate developer, Kalpataru to invest around Rs 250 crore to develop a premium residential project. The project is to be developed at a land parcel spread over 2.33 acres in the Baner locality of Pune. Project is named Kalpataru Aurum and has a total development potential of over 1 million sq ft.
The project would comprise 450 two-bedroom apartments with prices starting from Rs 1.10 crore.
