47 acres land purchased by Godrej Properties in Chennai
Real estate major Godrej Properties has purchased a 47-acre land parcel in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The amount for which the land was purchased was not disclosed by the firm. Godrej Properties plans to sell residential plots on the land with an estimated revenue of Rs 500 crore.
The land has a developable potential of 1.2 million square feet.
