Rs 500 Crore Earmarked By Government For MSMEs, Pharma Cluster
The union government has earmarked Rs 500 crore for a scheme to provide support to the existing pharma clusters and MSMEs across the country. Idea is to improve their productivity and sustainability. Ministry said that the scheme would address the rising demand in terms of support required for existing pharma clusters and MSMEs across the country to improve their productivity, quality, and sustainability.
The scheme is aimed to strengthen the existing infrastructure facilities to make India a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector. Ministry said that financial assistance to pharma clusters will be provided for the creation of common facilities.
