Rs 615 Crore Spent By Patna Metro
Central minister of state for housing and urban affairs Kaushal Kishore informed that the physical and financial progress of the Patna Metro rail project was 1.6 percent and 2.79 percent. Rs 615 crore has been spent on the construction work on the priority corridor between Malahi Pakri and Patliputra bus terminal. The total cost of the project is Rs 13,365 crore, in which the central share is Rs 1,840 crore. A sum of Rs 262 crore has already been given to the state government. The state government’s share is Rs 5,908 crore (including land acquisition) out of which 1,070 crore has been released.
