Smartworks targets Rs 1,000 crore revenue
Flexible workspace provider Smartworks has set a target of an annual revenue of more than Rs 1,000 crore by the end of 2022. This comes on the back of a spurt in demand for flexible office space. The firm currently has more than 3 million sq ft of operational office space in southern India.
