Third Mumbai Project: Government of Maharashtra approves land policy for the project
The Government of Maharashtra has given its approval to the land acquisition and allotment policy for the proposed Third Mumbai project.
The proposed project will come up around the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), also known as Atal Setu. As per ET Realty.com, the project is aimed at speeding up urban development and investment in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region(MMR).
The approval is expected to provide a clear framework for planned urbanisation, industrial investment, logistics hubs, residential and commercial projects, and infrastructure development.
