Reliance to launch group housing, plotted development at its township in Jhajjar
The wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Reliance MET City, has plans to expand its real estate footprint. As per The Economics Times, the plan is to launch plotted development and group housing at its integrated mixed-use township in Jhajjar, Haryana, spread over 8,000 acres.
Reliance MET City is planning to undertake a 140-acre development encompassing residential plots ranging from 112 to 179 sq. yards, alongside industrial plots. The idea behind it is to offer a walk-to-work environment to residents.
