Tishman Speyer and Ganesh Housing join hands for SEZ project
Tishman Speyer an American company that invests in real estate has joined hands with leading real estate developer Ganesh Housing Corporation (GHCL). The agreement is signed for jointly developing a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) project in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
As of now, Ganesh Housing has around 64 acres earmarked for SEZ development at a location behind Nirma University. SEZ has a potential development of around 12 million sq ft divided into processing and non-processing area.
