Upper Ganga Canal Expressway: Project likely to be completed by November this year
The Upper Ganga Canal Expressway that would connect Noida, Greater Noida, and Dehradun is likely to be completed this year. Work on the project begin 11 years ago and was halted for a long time. As per the plane it would be a 8-lane expressway will connect Greater Noida with Sanauta and Ghaziabad. Further it would pass through Meerut and Muzaffarnagar before reaching Purkazi in Dehradun, improving road connectivity in the region.
The government is planning to complete the project by November 2025.
