1 lakh sq ft space leased by ArcelorMittal in Pune
Luxembourg-based multinational steel manufacturing firm ArcelorMittal has leased 1 lakh square feet in office space in Pune's Hinjawadi. The space is leased for a monthly rental of around Rs 63 lakh.
The firm has leased a total of four floors at the property, which is owned by Temasek-backed CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT).
