100,000 Sq ft office space leased by Technicolor
The largest VFX and special effects company Technicolor has taken up office space spread over 100,000 sq ft across two floors in Blackstone Group entity Nucleus Office Parks’ commercial complex One International Center in Mumbai’s Lower Parel. The lease tenure will run through 5 years and the company can extend it by additional five years taking the total tenure to 10 years.
The firm will be paying rentals of Rs 153 per sq ft a month for the office space excluding common area maintenance charges. The rent agreement includes a rental escalation clause that will see rentals being revised 15 percent upwards after the first three years.
