Bajaj Group chalks out Rs 2,000 crores investment plan as it enters healthcare sector
Mumbai-based Multinational conglomerate Bajaj Group has plans to invest over Rs 2,000 crore in Pune over the next three years. This comes as the firm is looking to build a healthcare model consisting of a tiered approach with a clinic, ambulatory services, home care, and a hospital.
Under the plan, the firm aims to expand into over 12 cities over the next 10 years. As per The Economic Times, the group will be launching its first clinics and ambulatory centres in Pune, and the over 450-bed hospital will take up to four years more to build.
