NSE leases 2.7 acres land for 80 years in Mumbai
Leading global financial exchange, The National Stock Exchange (NSE), has leased a 2.7-acre site in the bustling Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).
The space is leased for 80 years with a total lease premium of Rs 1,684 crore and is located at plots C-81 and C-82, located in G Block of BKC. This leased space has a maximum permissible built-up area of 4.7 lakh sq ft.
