FabInvest invests Rs 75 crore in Hyderabad office project
Bengaluru-based fractional real estate investment platform FabInvest has fully funded Rs. 75 crore for an upcoming Grade A office project in Hyderabad’s HITEC City.
The project is a ground-plus-16-storey development that marks the firm's entry into large-scale commercial office investments. This is also the company’s largest single-project deployment so far and takes its assets under management (AUM) beyond Rs. 305 crore.
