GIFT City: Savvy India plans to develop 1.8 million sq ft by July 2027
Gurugram-based real estate developer Savvy India plans to deliver projects totaling 1.8 million sq ft by July 2027 in GIFT City, Gujarat.
According to the firm, the plan is to deliver around 8 lakh sq ft of commercial space in GIFT City by December 2026, followed by close to another 1 million sq ft by July 2027. The plan is to expand the business by evaluating projects across hospitality, GCC-focused Grade-A office buildings, pre-engineered buildings, energy, and industrial warehousing.
Savvy is also looking to develop a sports arena, golf-led facilities, retail, schools, and other educational infrastructure. It owns around 900 acres in South Ahmedabad and around 78 acres near Sanand.
