KREEVA to develop luxury housing projects with an investment of Rs 5,000 crore
Noida-based diversified business firm Kanodia Group's real estate arm KREEVA has plans to develop luxury housing projects across Delhi-NCR and select Tier-2 cities over the next four to five years.
The firm will invest Rs 5,000 crore in these projects. This investment will support a mix of residential developments, including a multigenerational housing project on Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). KREEVA will also be targeting cities like Chandigarh and Lucknow.
The focus will be on luxury homes that offer larger living spaces, privacy, and lifestyle amenities.
