Fortis Healthcare to acquire Suguna Hospital in Bengaluru
Gurugram-based hospital chain Fortis Healthcare has acquired Suguna Hospital, a 110-bed hospital in Bengaluru. Fortis has acquired the hospital in a deal worth Rs 277 crore through a slump sale.
The wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare, International Hospital Limited (IHL), executed the transaction. The acquired hospital has the potential to expand to approximately 150 beds.
