Government plans redevelopment of Samrat and Ashoka Hotels
The Union government has cleared the plan for the redevelopment of Hotel Ashoka and Samarat in Delhi. These brownfield projects will be undertaken under the National Monetisation Pipeline (NMP) 2.0.
The redevelopment of Hotel Ashoka and Samarat will take an investment of Rs 820 crore and Rs 380 crore, respectively, through PPP contracts.
