1.16 lakh sq ft space taken by University of Western Australia in Mumbai
Australian public university, University of Western Australia, has picked up over 1.16 lakh sq ft of office space in Mumbai. The space is taken in the Brookfield-managed commercial property Waterstones in Andheri to set up its first Indian campus.
The lease covers the entire second floor with a chargeable area of 116,540 sq ft, for which the university will pay a starting license fee of Rs 205 per sq ft per month.
