BPCL comissions solar power project in Prayagraj
Government-owned Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has informed of the commissioning of a solar power plant at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri virtually inaugurated the project. Spread over 210 acres, the project has an installed capacity of 71 MWp (DC) / 52 MW (AC) and is expected to generate approximately 103.61 million units of green electricity annually.
