K Raheja Corp buys land worth Rs 130 crore in Mumbai
Real estate developer K Raheja Corp has acquired a 3.72-acre land parcel on LBS Marg in Mumbai’s central suburb Mulund. The land is purchased for Rs 130 crore and it is planning to develop a premium residential project.
K Raheja Corp has also paid the seller INR 105 crore and stamped the deal for INR 7.8 crore. The developer will construct a luxury residential project on the land, according to sources.
