Kochi metro: Leap Infraasys bags contract related to phase 2
Kochi Metro Rail Ltd (KMRL) has declared Leap Infraasys Pvt. Ltd (LIPL) as the winner of a contract worth Rs. 34.98 lakh that calls for providing Proof Consultancy services for Kochi Metro’s Phase 2 project’s power supply and 750 V DC Third Rail traction electrification system.
LIPL bagged the project with a bid of Rs 29.95 crore. Package KBE-PC-01 is the fifth significant pre-construction contract for Kochi Metro’s Phase 2 which will feature an 11.2 km new elevated corridor, named Pink Line, with 11 stations connecting JLN Stadium – Kakkanad – Infopark (Smart City).
